I only have a singular anecdote, someone close who had a serious brain injury from an accident. Repetition and recreation of atmosphere helped a bit. (Music, smells, coffee, books and gadgets from before, to recreate the stimulus and reconnect what's still there, just awol)

OH isn't convinced the water will travel down the "out" side. I think it will, but best to be sure. Printing a small version that can be manually filled and drains itself. Probably tomorrow.

Water feature crude concept. Water moves clockwise from outlet at the back, to a drain on the end of the flow. Gentle vortex should be generated in the bowl.
The "flower bed" should be recessed & have a drain to stop soil-y water getting in. Reservoir will be underneath.

Not sure how to make it.
