More and more the whole world is starting to feel feudal again. We don't have any power no matter how hard we try to organize, the oligarchs & tech innovators just treat us all like serfs and resources to be exploited anyway. Too many people are fine just going with the flow, we can't get momentum.

Yeah it's a real shame. There was a mass revolt & boycott of Reddit last year when they messed with the API access & blocked all 3rd party apps (which killed support for blind users among other things), but Reddit just ignored the users (and banned revolting mods), and people eventually went back.

All of these platforms seem to forget that they ONLY exist because of their community of creators. Without the creators, they are literally worthless. As soon as they get popular, they drink their own kool-aid and suddenly think people are there for the platform itself rather than the creators. 😝

It would be a shame if everyone applied, clogged their system, pocketed the hiring bonus that still (somehow) has no legal strings attached, then immediately quit on the first day of training academy. Bankrupt them and waste their time at every turn.
