went to send a message to the work gc bc the phones not working and saw the other mid shift called out today 😶 i hope they don’t fucking die between like noon and four

ugh should i call out of work? i’m definitely sick and yesterday was awful. but i pretty much used the rest of my sick time last monday bc of my fatigue :/

mom asked why i’m eating before going to me dads and i’m like…. all i had today was a croissant and four shots of espresso worth of coffee on a mostly empty stomach.

was telling my therapist about my anxiety dreams the other day and how taxing they felt and they were like wtf that’s so stressful 😭

i think if you ride public transit enough you learn that most weird behavior is not dangerous, and conversely i think driving a car teaches you that everyone is trying to kill you at all times

just got results back for my t levels and compared to when i got them checked after a few months on hrt, they’ve gone down by 200…. which is concerning since we upped my dosage this year. and now im like googling what the fuck would cause that bc like ?????
