My brothers-in-law came up from Texas last year specifically to go to the Peach Festival in Palisade. They had one bite and said the trip was worth it. They ended up moving to Ft. Collins after that and I swear the peaches played a part in it lol.

My brothers-in-law recently moved here to Colorado from Texas because it was starting to feel very dangerous for them (they're gay and one is Mexican-American). They were very active in organizing/politics in Texas and they felt it was becoming a losing battle just from being outnumbered.

I have 70 plants and it's not enough. Every year, I increase the number of plants and it just makes me want more the next year. I've got seeds for 500+ varieties, and keep buying more, so I've got to plant a lot more so I can try them all.
