I think this is the issue. It wasn't well publicized, so lots of people went in not knowing it was going to be there and had to make a decision on language that didn't explain it well.

I have definitely read that. It was in a book was called “The Greatest Ballpark Ever.” They talked a lot about the move to LA. O’Malley wanted the team in Brooklyn, but Moses would only allow the land in Queens to be used for a stadium.

My grandfather never had a good thing to say about O’Malley or Moses. He never forgave them for the Dodgers leaving. I hope Montreal gets a new team, the fans there deserve it.

It is the moral, ethical, and yes legally right for Democratic States and Cities to engage in Soft Secession by withholding federal taxes. This would not violate the Supremacy Clause, has immense precedent in US history, & the time to act is NOW.
