A nighttime curfew is not being introduced in the UK – Full Fact Social media videos, one of which has been viewed 350,000 times, falsely claim that new laws imposing curfews are coming into force soon.

Videos claiming that curfews are being introduced under new laws prohibiting being out of your home after either 10pm or 11pm have been shared widely online.

But they are totally false, and no such curfew is being proposed.
