To clarify, calling it a "discount" might be misleading. Regional pricing helps match the cost of a service to local purchasing power, which is why it’s common on platforms like Netflix, YouTube, Discord, Spotify etc. It’s about accessibility, not devaluing the product.

Hey Dave, not sure if it’s intentional, but Nebula’s iOS IAP uses regional pricing. Mine’s ₺480 TRY (~$12.25 USD) here in Turkey, similar to Netflix/Spotify discount rates. I picked IAP because it’s more affordable. Will direct signup also support regional pricing or was this just unintentional?

I 100% agree with you on that, but we shouldn’t say they’re using private user data to train their models because that’s just misinformation.

They do scrape the web, which comes with its own copyright and ethical issues. But at least they don’t touch private user data for training their AI. The data they stole from the artists are all public and default options on the iPhones don’t impact that.
