Regardless of the disgraceful nonsense we will likely hear from this administration in the coming days on vaccine “recommendations,” Americas healthcare insurers issued a joint statement tonight saying coverage for Covid and flu shots will remain unchanged from prior years.

Speaks for itself.

“…At times, CDC scientists were educating them on how vaccine trials work, what the immune system does & how the approval process functions. This is…acceptable for a curious member of the public—it is absolutely unacceptable for people determining vaccine policy for 330 million Americans.”

It's not just #NIH. It's not just #NSF. It's not just #NASA.

The whole scientific community has to make clear that all science across fed agencies is being destroyed in the US.

We can't just ask for our particular piece of the pie. The whole pie is being thrown out - saving your bit won't work.

RFK’s vaccine advisers vote down flu-shot ingredient — but back some jabs Thimerosal is found in only a small fraction of US vaccine doses but has long been viewed with suspicion by the anti-vaccination community.

Vaccine advisers appointed by US health secretary Robert F. Kennedy Jr have recommended against the use of influenza vaccines containing a mercury-based preservative called thimerosal – fulfilling a long-held goal of the anti-vaccine movement.

RFK Jr. says US won’t donate to global vaccine effort Kennedy ripped into Gavi, the Vaccine Alliance, in a video address at its pledging summit.

This is a travesty & a nightmare. The US was a founder of @gavi.org. It lowers global vaccine costs, has vaccinated 1B children, & averted 19M deaths. This pull out will cost 100s of thousands of children's lives a year - and RFK Jr will be personally responsible.

Robert Malone once again brought up potential religious objections to certain vaccines.

This is, frankly, bullshit. No major religion opposes vaccines, and in fact they have all been public about strong support for them.

“Vote on thimerosal containing influenza vaccines” means they are planning to take away influenza vaccines from the most disadvantaged people. Thimerosal (thiomersal) is only in multi-dose flu vaccines. It’s not in single-dose, prefilled shots. It’s also been proven completely safe since the 1990s.

We will not stay silent on vaccines, say leaders of five major U.S. medical associations “We cannot and will not gamble with our patients’ health or the health of our communities,” write the presidents of the AAFP, AAP, ACP, ACOG, and IDSA.

“Immunizations work, they are very effective and safe, and they save lives. Vaccines are among the most rigorously studied and effective tools in public health.”

Kudos to AAFP, AAP, ACOG, ACP, IDSA for this.
