When in Rome… or Sacramento. I didn’t actually go inside Pancake Circus while I was in town though. I didn’t want to risk it being less surreal inside than it was during the times I remember being there in the 1990s. I really hope it’s still super strange. Ditto for Benny’s Flame Club!

I finally tested negative today! At least I went for a nice, long walk… while completely forgetting to go to the movie tonight. Maybe it’ll come up again somehow! Fingers crossed. I do own it on VHS and DVD, but it’s just not the same.

Awww, man. Getting the plague made me forget that tonight was the last night of the Desperately Seeking Susan 40th anniversary screenings at Academy Theater. Blurg. I was really looking forward to that.
