My hyperfixation on a gay hockey show had lead me down the path of listening to hours upon hours of French synth pop. Now I have to learn f’ing French.

I remember it was common for kids to bully others and say they “had AIDS” and not drink after them in the water fountain line.

The most egregious historical fault of the Stranger Things Final Season is Will’s coming out. Not written with any context of queer history or intention, it’s sappy, insincere, & whitewashed the actual struggles of the LGTQ+ community in the Reagan era at the height of the AIDS epidemic & hysteria.
