That’s the problem, yeah. We’re renting from a friend, and “market rate” is 2x-3x as much for rent alone. We keep looking for options and haven’t found good ones.

I live right next to a freeway, literally the back wall of our backyard is the sound wall for the freeway. The noise is destroying our lives.

My second lesson, I’m pretty sure my driving instructor had me drive him to a drug deal. He had me just… drive with no feedback down to a suburb and park, handed me a written test to do, then said he was gonna “go knock on doors to find a bathroom” and walked away for like… 30 minutes
