The starting point is $0 until Noem and company are gone. Zero based budget. Not “reforms” for people who already don’t follow the law. Strip immunity from all DHS personnel who injure or kill people and make them subject to state laws, and that will “reform” them quickly.

There’s sufficient video and witness evidence for SA to prosecute both killers in Minneapolis. Other killings are charged with less ironclad evidence. If the Feds have exculpatory evidence they’re withholding they will produce it but they’ll have to produce everything. Don’t wait.
