Which is fine, as we know Kash is not a necessary resource.

23.02.2026 15:10 β π 3 π 0 π¬ 0 π 0We got Tucker, they got Conforto. Yikes.
23.02.2026 15:08 β π 1 π 0 π¬ 0 π 0Love that TMZ has this and the NY Times doesn't!

21.02.2026 07:36 β π 0 π 0 π¬ 0 π 0So how does Jared propose that California get taxes out of people who are obscenely rich?
20.02.2026 01:01 β π 1 π 0 π¬ 0 π 0Who decided Bari Weiss was a good idea?!?!! For the Daniel Pearl Memorial Lecture of all things.
19.02.2026 15:26 β π 0 π 0 π¬ 0 π 0I first thought this when NAFTA was signed. I figured if things could freely cross borders, people should too. Nowadays things don't freely cross our borders, but people still should. Immigration is good for the US!
18.02.2026 23:36 β π 0 π 0 π¬ 0 π 0Exactly! Rs in Congress refused to pass immigration reform so they could continue to run on the issue.
16.02.2026 15:37 β π 17 π 3 π¬ 2 π 0But Newsom or Vance is not the choice before Democrats right now. The choice before us is which potential 2028 contenders should we consider supporting.
16.02.2026 15:35 β π 3 π 0 π¬ 0 π 0No, it's because he happily destroyed the belongings of homeless people and will not support trans people. And because he thought having Charlie Kirk and Steve Bannon on his podcast was a good idea.
15.02.2026 22:42 β π 5 π 0 π¬ 0 π 0Like California's Prop 187, but Texas-sized.
14.02.2026 22:28 β π 0 π 0 π¬ 0 π 0My first thought was, this makes the Giants favorites for second place in the division.

13.02.2026 21:38 β π 1 π 0 π¬ 0 π 0I voted third party in 2000; I knew Gore had California sewn up and wanted to protest the Democrats' centrism. The Green Party hasn't exactly covered itself in glory since then.

13.02.2026 19:22 β π 0 π 0 π¬ 1 π 0The same woman profiled at length in the @nytimes.com because she couldn't stop thinking about little Liam, used as bait for his father and sent to a detention center in Texas. Not that she was ever going to lift a finger to help anyone not just like her.
12.02.2026 18:35 β π 1 π 0 π¬ 0 π 0So does Google Maps. Tells you the speed limit and how fast you're going. Doesn't audibly alert you if you're over -- I think it just turns your speed number red.
09.02.2026 17:46 β π 1 π 0 π¬ 0 π 0The reporter in Ukraine is a different person.
The print news biz has been contracting for a couple decades, so no, I don't think reporters necessarily have better options, even good reporters. 25 years ago there were over 400,000 newspaper jobs. Now there are fewer than 85,000.
I don't know. Seems like a question lots of people who work for all sorts of corporations could be asked. But I'm hesitant to label the reporter who got laid off and stranded in Ukraine a bad person when I've never met her and don't know her situation.
09.02.2026 01:08 β π 1 π 0 π¬ 1 π 0It wasn't hard. Only the NY Times has won more Pulitzers.
08.02.2026 17:23 β π 1 π 0 π¬ 1 π 0All of them? Including this one, part of the group who won the Pulitzer for their Jan 6 reporting?
