I moved to the opposite side of the US. My family members are adults and they can take responsibility for themselves. My siblings who don't take me seriously about what our parents are facing can figure it out. I will not pass this pressure on.

There's a lot talk about the burdens of eldest daughters. I'm an eldest daughter. My siblings kept telling me I would have to take care of our parents. My dad tried to give me the house I grew up on. I said no to both. /1 #eldestdaughter

He was concerned about my heart rate and taught me how to breath to bring it down. It was over 80 because I'd been walking. He was so proud of me when it got down to 72. Honestly, it was the sweetest thing and just what I needed. Positive vibes restored. Kudos to his parents! /2

I went to the Verizon store today. While I waited, David (age 5) decided we were friends and talked to me for several minutes. His parents were nearby. He was intrigued by my Fitbit and wanted to know about all the numbers.

Your explanation on the tariffs got me thinking about Executive Orders.
We're seeing the same pattern with the EOs to threaten law firms who are representing against his interests. As soon as they pledge not to do that and do pro bono work for his government he backs off and cancels the EO.
