Essentially they recommended a certain shampoo + MCT oil. I combine that shampoo with like… 3 others (don’t judge). I think it’s the MCT oil that really helps, though.

I was desperate with my seborrheic dermatitis and went down a Reddit rabbit hole. I started using the recommendations and when I tell you my scalp has never been so… non-flaky? Lol should’ve done this much sooner.
