I get the feeling RFK Jr. would only suck it if "it" was a pond full of dangerous organisms.

It's like watching King Kong and Godzilla have a slap fight.

I was going to say "surely my dogs wouldn't eat a toxic plant that has irritating sap," but then I remembered the things I have seen my dogs eat.

I was thinking today that Biz Markie and Post Malone should form a rap supergroup called Markie Post, and then it occurred to me that this was just an novel way for me to say that I'm old.

I spent a year at Trinity in the early 80s and it’s absolutely one of the central memories of my life. The library is gorgeous, as is the whole campus. And the Stag’s Head down the street made sausage & chips one of my favorite comfort foods. (I may have spent as much time there as at the library.)

Honestly if you’re looking for a model of positive masculinity, you could do a lot worse than Greg Popovich: extraordinarily accomplished, crusty and prickly on the exterior, but also warm, caring, honorable, and a man who has never taken himself too seriously.

Birds of the World is one of two childhood books important enough to me that I had them professionally rebound. As a kid I pored through every page. The hoatzin was one of my favorites because of its strange name and spiky crest. And the weird little alien chicks clawing their way through the trees!

I don't want to die anytime soon, but when it happens, I want to go like the pope went β€” dissing JD Vance.

I was born in September and the devil never whispers a damn thing to me. I guess you have to have the t-shirt for it to work.

Sachs is a great writer and thinker. I’m proud to say he wrote the front-page blurb for Broke in America, which my wife co-authored!

Now that I think of it, a couple of years ago Baker Creek sent me a free promotional packet of "Spoon" tomatoes (which I believe are S. pimp.). I gave the seeds to my neighbor because I thought their young daughter might enjoy them.

Long story short, if anyone's pimpin', it's my next door neighbor.
