I always thought that white noise didn’t do anything for me, but since I got a dehumidifier, I’m finding it much easier to concentrate while working. I can’t hear (or get distracted by) the random noises around me while it’s bobbling away.

We saw the woodpecker that lives around our village this morning! The dog and I were out for our morning walk in the woods and there it was, darting between trees. I’ve heard it a lot, but this is (I think) the first time I’ve seen it. 🥳

In the mean time, the boar would like to get away because *humans = danger*.

In the game I’m playing, we’re mid battle against some evil cultists and plague priests who are kidnapping people.

In the game I’m running, the characters are in the woods, trying to communicate with a boar that they suspect was talking to other boars to find out what it was talking about.

Such a good game - I spent so long playing it, trying to find hidden things.

Oh goodness - that’s exactly what I would likely do. So glad it worked out OK.

A day up the scaffolding putting insulation panels on the outside walls of the house before winter gets underway. Productive, but tiring! The view is a definite plus. 🇵🇹

It would have made my day if someone had actually said something, I imagine it’s like hiding an Easter egg in a movie or game and *no-one ever finds it*.

I stuck to it for *years*. 😔

I’m only saying, but when I was teaching secondary school, I had a set of identical ties in different colours and wore a particular colour each day of the week. No-one ever noticed (or didn’t comment if they did), I was so disappointed.

Since I realised this and allowed myself to do all the things my hands and feet want to do, I feel like I cope with stressful situations much better.
