I’d be really interested to see examples of the things that have been made - I write small things for role playing games and call those ‘zines’, but I know it’s a broad term for a whole lot of different things.

Masking is very sparse in Portugal, but if the people who wanted to come wanted to mask I’d 100% be up for it.

It’s a pipe dream at the moment, I would need to work on my Portuguese (or find someone to help) right now, but it’s a fantastic idea - it would also help with the requirement of taking part in the community that I need to get my citizenship.

I like that “consistency” is doing some heavy lifting here; both the sameness AND the texture matter. A word designed for autists.

So sorry to hear this, and it IS a big deal. When you psych yourself up to do something and then it doesn’t happen, it can be very destabilising. Like the plan just changed and you’re supposed to just roll with it. 😱
