When I wrote a blog about my Catminding exploits my statistics were fascinating. Many people logged in and checked multiple times a day. Why ? People from all over the world appeared to read. Why ? I never felt threatened. It was just a source of why ? To me. A few lovely people commented daily.

Of course ….. you’re not at all the competitive sort - <tries hard to forget previous scrabble games:) > but someone just has to win. Might as well be the best woman ….

I often read a site several times before making a decision. I wonder how many times they’ve looked ?

You couldn’t make it up. When the engineer came to check the gas boiler he declared it sound. The finger points to the wood burner for the carbon monoxide leak. But he detected a gas leak, completely separately and apparently coincidentally. He switched the gas off again. Good job it’s mild.

Leonard Cohen was a late discovery for me. I don’t know what it is that does it but i think it’s loss? His final album helped me sleep for years.
