Is there such thing as trying to avoid bias TOO much in interviews?

...Wearing the same basic shirt to all three interviews so that someone doesn't, for example, comment on my band shirt and I like them more for it

What's the most annoying thing about your boss? What do you complain to your partners/friends about: "ugh my boss always does _____ and it's really annoying!"

Obviously employee's answers are going to be toned down, but it's been very revealing!
