I feel like it takes nothing for my to fucking gain weight but in order to consistently lose it has to become my main focus. And I find that really frustrating.

I'd really like to become healthier and I'm wondering what maintaining the loss will look like.

This is something I've only come to terms with in the last couple years. I hadn't thought about it before truly, and then I felt like calling it a disability was taking away from people with "real" disabilities.

But after sitting with it, this is so true. I really would be SOL w/o my glasses.
