NH HB-433 Making 17 the age of consent for marriage if either party is active duty military and removing language regarding age waivers for marriage registration records, since age waivers are no longer issued in New Hampshire.

This bill opens the door for adults to marry children.

I was 7 the first time I visited this building. The flag that my Grandfather fought under in the Civil War is in the Lobby. A statue of my cousin sits on the grounds. This is the people's house, we do the people's work. I am honored, always, to be a part of the history that is made there.
