None of us are going to get out of the responsibility to define ourselves for ourselves. I, too, wish there was a manual. There isnโ€™t. Nor any one person with all your answers. Itโ€™s just me in here, and itโ€™s just you in there. We can belong to one another, but we canโ€™t fix each other.

Once the US Department of Agriculture (USDA) weighs in, several changes to SNAP will take effect immediately, including increasing work requirements through age 64, eliminating exemptions for homeless people, veterans, and foster youth, and excluding refugees, asylees, and victims of human trafficking. Next year, states will be expected to shoulder significantly more of SNAPโ€™s expenses.

I'm gutted and furious that the Iranian people will be injured, harmed and killed as a result of this absolutely depraved act of violence. What a complete travesty on every single level.
