Kommentti: Vallan vahtikoira siirretään tauolle Ylioppilaslehteen kohdistuva leikkaus tarkoittaa sitä, että lehteä ei ilmesty ensi syksynä lainkaan. Ensi vuonna lakkauttaminen on siis helpompaa kuin koskaan, arvioi päätoimittaja Roosa Welling.

Ylioppilaslehti ei ilmesty ensi vuonna, pelkäänpä lehden lakkauttamista journalistisena instituutiona. Tämä toki vain omaa pohdintaa, mutta omilta opiskeluajoilta jäi vaikutelma, etteivät opiskelijapäättäjät ole koskaan erityisemmin innostuneet kriittisestä ja journalistisesta opiskelijalehdestä.
