Ganz ähnliche Kritik schon vor Monaten zur ersten Sendung als Petition. Der Schritt war absehbar und nachvollziehbar durch die Beibehaltung des Kurses der Sendung trotz der Kritik.

Wir erinnern uns gern auch an diese überraschende Petition/Zusammenfassung zur ersten Sendung. 🤷‍♂️

Seit Jahren wird eine einfache Lösung propagiert, aber aus "Fairness" ignoriert: einfach nicht einladen und keine Bühne bieten für Lügen. 🤷‍♂️

Kritisch auch die Auslagerung der Verantwortung für die Verknüpfung von (falschen) Daten. Dazu die privaten Social Media Accounts, Meldedaten, später ePA. Zu sehen in den USA: Die Trivialität mit der Personen bei der Arbeit, Schule, Gerichtstermin verhaftet werden. Ein Tool zur totalen Überwachnung.

Würde gerne wissen wie viel Rechenzeit bei Ex-Twitter mittlerweile anteilig für das Management von riesigen Block-Listen pro User verwendet wird. Kann man auch gar nicht genug blocken -- immer wieder Stuss von Accounts die 200 folgen und auch von 200 gefolgt werden... für ihren "Content"? ;)

but there wasn't any response there so we are trying to coordinate from a higher level now. Can't say more for the time being. Just hate to see any sub-par rollout, but nothing unfixable. I've said privately I don't mind testing / fixing but we need someone who cares and takes upstream submissions.

Given the release constraints 14.0 is an important milestone and it's good to be officially available now. Keep in mind the pkg repository is "quarterly"default for releases and January will hit hard with the removal of ca_root_nss for certctl use. I've tried to start discussion on a mailing list...

3.0 is LTS and 3.2 isn't ready (not sure if also LTS). The py-cryptography thing is a bit strange as it complains about the default build of OpenSSL 3 in FreeBSD not having legacy.so ... the port is easily fixed but the base system not so much...

Started the habit of blocking most ad accounts on Twitter ever since the dumb Chinese "smart stuff" shops started popping up. The interesting part is these shops are probably run by the same people but new shop names and ads are constantly being presented by Twitter. Feels mike a mass-scale scam.
