This should enrage the MAGA base. Once upon a time, they claimed to care about protecting children. Trump lies so relentlessly, so predictably, that even this barely gets a squeak. He’s not good at deflecting. He’s just constant. And when deflection becomes routine, people stop resisting.

I have a mourning dove nest I’ve been keeping an eye on since last year. I put the nest up because they struggled. Last year they had a few broods, 2 eggs each. After ~2 weeks they leave the nest. After a few days, come back, and repeat. This is the 2nd brood this season. Look how tiny they are!

Who would’ve thought the U.S. would become a global pariah? We were great… and now we’re not. Countries are refusing our exports, canceling contracts, and distancing themselves. The hole keeps getting deeper, and as we weaken alliances, we may not get the support we once relied on.

Seeing the Tesla boycott, protests, and other things upsetting MAGA folks, I’ve realized our superpower: We’re smart—slow, methodical, and effective. All they have is J6. They’re loud, obnoxious, and violent, but not smart. We need to keep going and pick up the pace. I’m starting to feel hope.
