Even though it's time consuming, I enjoy it. I'm getting to do stuff I'd normally toss to a developer (project this size would be $50k-$100k and take 12 months).

It's a lot of work - I've been spending 4-5hrs a day on this site, fixing issues, improving content, etc.

Organic traffic monetization is dying off a bit (advertisers want 1st party data), but this should crank out $2k-$4k/mo once I'm done in another 30-60 days. Then moving onto the other sites.

Started working on an old site with Claude to fix issues from an SEO audit I ran. Bing (on the left) and Google (on the right) search consoles showing improvements. Bing started delivering significant increases in traffic within minutes. Google has taken a few weeks, but is showing signs of life.
