In that case, I'd recommend browsing Savoy Tea Co! They have a lot of options for low- and no-caffeine teas, and have some fun sampler packs too. I really like their Whirling Dervish chai (rare to have a low-caf chai!), and Gesundheit!

If you're in the Bay Area, Aroma Tea Shop is great but their online shop is too pricey for me 😭

For single-source, I like TeaVivre and Tea and Whisk. For blends, Savoy Tea Co, The Tea Spot, and T2 Tea are my go-tos.
