I find that if I like the words I am saying (a good joke, a monologue written by someone else) it helps me enjoy it more - then you can start to get used to your own recorded voice in a positive way. I'd just try recording yourself a lot until you get used to the sound 🤷

So this is actually often just that we hear our voice usually through our own head, when it's recorded it doesn't match up to our usual experience of hearing it! Most people will hate hearing their voice recorded! This is normal!!

The best way to get over it is repeated exposure unfortunately 🤦
