Everything the House passes is called some shit like the PROTECT Act and it makes it illegal to vote or have a bank account if you can't prove that you're genetically Christian.

I think it is OUTRAGEOUS that people are LEAPING to the conclusion that some our post prominent Americans are child rapists when it is EQUALLY PLAUSIBLE that they are simply indifferent to whether other people are child rapists so long as those other people can offer them access to power.

Here's a map for my general thinking about the Sunday storm. A high impact nor'easter is looking less likely. Remember, we can still see shifts east (even less impact) or west (more impact closer to Boston). But as of now this is my best thinking.

Scali bread - Wikipedia

More jimmies than concept, but scali bread is mostly local, which was a surprise to me en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Scali_b...

More conceptual: we add an S to things that don't actually have them (thought it was "Zayres" for years but no, it was "Zayre"), and some accents add Rs to words ("pizz-er")

Just me 45 minutes early for school pick up just so I can guarantee a spot and it’s too snow packed on unplowed side streets to circle the block later

I refuse to die until I get to see Stephen Miller humiliated as publicly and devastatingly as possible. It is the most important thing in the world to me.

What authority does ICE have to arrest or detain citizens who witnessed a homicide?

Reminder: All it would take to end the murder of American citizens by an untrained government goon squad is 16 Republicans in Congress voting with Dems to defund ICE (or 23 to impeach and remove Trump β€” 3 in House & 20 in Senate). That’s it. 23 Americans can vote for the public and end all of this.

You can tell things are going well in America because accounts with names like MovieTVFunZone are posting things like, "THE PIGS ARE KIDNAPPING CHILDREN AND PRIESTS. THE TREE OF LIBERTY DEMANDS TO BE WATERED"

Is it weird that they know 15 tracks when she said they weren't done recording? I mean, maybe they're done recording but they're mixing and tweaking, but it seems... premature

I am not unmindful that some of you have come here out of great trials and tribulations. Some of you have come fresh from narrow jail cells. Some of you have come from areas where your quest for freedom left you battered by the storms of persecution and staggered by the winds of police brutality. You have been the veterans of creative suffering. Continue to work with the faith that unearned suffering is redemptive. Go back to Mississippi, go back to Alabama, go back to South Carolina, go back to Georgia, go back to Louisiana, go back to the slums and ghettos of our northern cities, knowing that somehow this situation can and will be changed. Let us not wallow in the valley of despair.

On this MLK Day, one particular passage from his address at the March on Washington seems especially relevant.

The rage you are feeling comes from the same place inside your heart as the love.
This is why you refuse to accept a world where cruelty reigns, and the fire consumes all.
You have known hope and joy and kindness like you have known water.
And justice is a river that demands you do not give up on it.

Nikita Gill

Ciji Graham, a Black woman wearing glasses, holds an infant boy wearing a black hoodie.

1/ Ciji Graham was the mother of 2-year-old SJ, a sister to 9 younger siblings, a beloved friend.

She's also the 7th case we’ve found of a pregnant woman in a state restricting abortion who died after being unable to access standard care.

This is her story.
