luckily i am always thirsty coz my meds for fibro give me horrible cotton mouth, im always sipping something.

i cant seem to figure out the sweet spot. ive even taken to taking dramamine with them, which helps a little but not a ton 🫩 between pots and these new meds, im gonna kermit

upside i did get all the trash out of my room and tidied up some. depression is no joke, my friends

i can’t sleep tonight for the life of me UGH i probably need a higher dose of my anxiety meds, but im so sensitive to new meds and the low dose is already making me nauseous every time i take it

exactly! the overall sicky feeling and nausea when you first start to eat is gross. ugh i'm sorry T_T are you able to take meds now to help?
