2x6 walls were more expensive to build out but they insulate really, really well when stuffed with 24x6 bats.

The floor is a ground-contact 2x6 framing over a thick plastic vapor barrier, then covered with two layers of 3/4” tongue and groove ply and a single layer of 3/16” luan with a crazy stapling schedule printed on it. I didn’t want it to sound hollow or creak once the LVP went on.

My ‘91 Spirit R/T dealer demo was $20,503 ($49,401.89) and a power drivers seat was the big option.
