P.s. US Republicans ≠ conservatism

US Democrat policy is what qualifies as conservative in lots of other places.

The messed up two party system in a country sliding rapidly into fascism is not a metric that applies universally.

You're not the better radical, you're entrenched in shit politics.

Great how any post here gets flooded by USians who have never seen anything beyond their messed up two party system.

Conservatism is bigger than the Republican party. Addressing it in a limited framework is not addressing the bigger issue.

You can argue that it's somehow what conservatism has always been about and you may win some "being theoretically right according to this or that thinky thought person"award. But strategically all you are doing is shooting yourself in the foot.

Minimizing the radicalism of some ideas is not a win.
