Yes, you're right, I agree that the pic is AI, I just wanted to add that the strange number of fingers might have been on purpose. Sorry I wasn't clearer...

The six fingers thing may have been on purpose, in some traditions babies born with six fingers are supposed to have a special connection with the spirit world. And it's not incredibly rare. Nowadays they snip off the extra fingers at / soon after birth, but these people were thought to be special.

The only reason this doesn't feel like screaming into the void is that I use chrome in light mode and the void is supposed to be dark.

Who knows what else is in her actual review, if these are the examples she thinks are supporting her case / showing her in a favourable light... it could be way worse.
