The more solidarity the better. I’ve already exempted FedTax withholding on my W4. I am not contributing to this oppressive regime. They will have to come get me for it next year. I’m willing to take that personal risk but the more people that do it the more impactful the message & individual safety

This would be a great moment to write exempt on a new W4 form for November and December. So that no federal taxes are withheld. IRS will let you have up to $1K in taxes due without a penalty. It’s time for Californians to start this movement.

If you are a small business just don’t file. If you’re an employee change your W4 so no FedTax is withheld from your checks. But California as an employer (huge employer) can stop collecting and sending FedTax money to the Fed. It would give some cover to the individuals doing the same. Solidarity
