Calling public servants "bureaucrats" is a depersonalization tactic. These are people, often with families, whose careers are being callously destroyed.

Beware of men who berate and shame you then claim you should be thankful

It's a good management practice to regularly report what you accomplished to your manager, especially when working remotely. I do it daily.

It's a fear and coercion tactic when sent to you by someone who is not your manager on a weekend with the threat of termination if you don't comply.
