After last night's gig at Esquires I can't believe I forgot to post about seeing @cvcband.bsky.social back in April. They are so good, absolutely brilliant live. Also the support band #RollingThunder were excellent. Looking forward to the new CVC album and catching them on the TV at Glastonbury.

Was at @bedfordesquires.bsky.social last night to see a Killers tribute band called The Fillers. Fun night had by all.

Finished the Brighton Marathon yesterday in 4 hours 9 minutes. Pleased with that as training wasn't great the last 6 weeks or so. Felt really good up to about mile 19. Something to build on. Was well organised and great event. Bit warm though! #MedalMonday #runr #ukrunchat #BrightonMarathon

Interviewing Andrew Tate and Laurence Fox

Yesterday's marathon was hard work, throat was very sore and meant taking on water was difficult. Didn't feel great, but took it easy with lots of walking. Finished in 4hrs 29 minutes.

Attempting marathon number 18 this morning. Training was going well and on track for a pb attempt. However, have picked up this flu/cold/sore throat thing. Body already aches and I haven't even started yet! Will see how it goes. ##ukrunchat #marathon

Last Wednesday was at @bedfordesquires.bsky.social for a gig seeing She Drew The Gun. Very impressive, and loved the spoken word dialogue.
