Tout ça pour dire: le service clients de #BrusselsAirlines ce sont des rats. Et c'est pas gentil pour les rats, qui sont des animaux respectables. Autant j'apprécie le personnel que je rencontre, autant ils sont dans l'illégalité pour compenser leurs clients. Ils ne méritent que mon mépris. Batards.

Et donc un mois est passé depuis l'envoi d'un courrier recommandé à Brussels Airlines. Zéro réponse, zéro indemnisation. Et ils savent qu'ils vont s'en tirer sans rien payer, en contravention à la Convention de Montréal, parce que j'ai pas les moyens de payer un avocat pour un truc aussi lowprofile.

Same reason why I chuckle every time someone proposed me to mount metal detector on drones to detect landmines and ERW without endangering operators. Works fine in a lab above a flat sandbox with mines just below the surface, not as much with 30 years of vegetation growth under tropical climate.
