FAST COMPANY Article:
While retirement typically occurs, after
completing a career and saving and investing for it, a new trend is emerging among Gen Z career professionals
called "micro-retirement." Micro-
retirements involve taking a one to two- week break from work every 12 to 18 months.
Gen Z is using micro-retirement to avoid burnout, find greater fulfillment in their work, and enhance their overall well-being. However, it's not just Gen-Z:
'Vacations.'
The word is 'vacations.'

A photo of the Hindsgavl Dagger by Arnold Mikkelsen for the National Museum of Denmark in Copenhagen. It is knapped from flint which appears a burnt orange colour in the photo, displayed against a black background. The Hindsgavl Dagger is a type of late Neolithic flint blade known as a βfishtailβ dagger. It has a leaf-shaped body and a distinctive fishtail-shaped hilt. There is zig-zag knapping on the hilt which is said to mimic the stitched seam on leather handles of bronze daggers. The Hindsgavl Dagger is famous in Denmark and features on the Danish 100 Krone bank note. Dimensions: 29.5 cm in length. The blade is less than 1cm thick.
The exquisite Hindsgavl Dagger. A masterpiece of flint knapping from Late Neolithic Denmark, c. 1900-1700 BC.
Found in 1876 by a young boy out walking with his mother on the Danish island of Fænø.
