It is an absolute BITCH. I was at my peak fitness (51YO) with the best arms of my life! You definitely need to modify--I could not do any overhead weights, so shoulders + upper back were lost. I have only just started those again, but with very light weight. No shame! It's a very slow recovery!

I had it in BOTH shoulders (1 yr apart) and the only things that helped were using a high dose CBD/THC compound ointment at least 2x/day and then weekly rounds with an osteopathic muscle manipulation therapist. 18 mos recovery on 1st/6 mos on 2nd due to already having OMM therapy.

I achieved my main goal for 2024: selling my house and moving out of state! I had some major disappointments/setbacks in both the love and health departments, though, so really directing healthier energy toward those areas for #2025. My word for this year is #magnetic!

Sautéed mushrooms and provolone sauce over impossible burger with mixed green salad

Felt meh all day, like I’m getting the flu, so craving comfort food. Made this #impossibleburger with sautéed mushrooms in a savory, umami sauce and drowned it in a gooey, creamy provolone. OMFG was it good! Accompanied by a sensible salad, of course. 😉

Awhile back, someone asserted that UX is in the business of quality. I’d say that UX should be in the business of creating trust, as in, “I trust that I’m not being scammed. I trust that this works the way I expected. I trust in the service provided, etc.”
