Being closeted/not explicitly making a statement on your sexuality isn’t a moral failing or really anything newsworthy so the notion you think that Out has a journalistic obligation to point out “obviously closeted gay is closeted” is…..odd.

I think it’s not the job of major publications/any entertainment organization at that, gay or not, to more or less try to out someone who isn’t technically out. The sheer frequency with which Out and other gay publications have been reporting on him shows that they know.
