She is holding the back of her head and blushing a bit. Ana, meanwhile, is saying "WOAOH MAMA" with her eyes bulging, steam coming out of her nose and ears, and her tongue sticking out, twisted into a spiral like you might see in Junji Ito's Uzumaki.

it really felt like they wanted her to be helen hunt's character but couldn't get her.
