The Bela Fleck discography is a wild journey. You expect bluegrass and experimental jazz but the transition from one to the next is sudden. Then boom you’re into compilation albums with East Asian artists and chamber music with string trios.

If you get the opportunity to host an LA team on a cold snowy night, you have to capitalize.

I do really like popping out, briefly, when it’s really cold. The air feels fresh.

I love that stuff like this still pops up from a catalog that has been studied and mined probably more than any other band in history.

I would expect him to continue as the face of the "Dead," whatever that will mean going forward. I think he likes playing the music and having a chance to jam. He will probably find another guitarist to play Bobby's part.

That being said, IMO, after Bobby, that feels like the final curtain call.
