2025 has been intense and extremely difficult so far, but big life events are finally happening! Hopefully I can keep making progress and catch up to my peers 🙏

IMO it’s honestly a conversation to be had with the people you’re paying, but I think in cases like this the best outcome is usually rev-share as compensation when funds are low. But everyone is different, with varying circumstances and finances.

Since around 2021 I've had a really hard time starting a project of my own to work on that really feels like it'll be worth the time and effort, and I'm kinda unsure what the issue is. Just been in a weird funk with gamedev for ages now.
