I’m not sure. Johnson can’t prevent it forever, but he can delay it because there’s no solid law saying when he has to do it by. The only thing is the Constitution which says January 3rd at noon for the new session—unless that falls on a Sunday or other scheduling reasons (which has happened)

No President in our history ever tried to unilaterally delete the Constitution—until Trump.

The first attempt was bad enough, but he tried twice, meaning he won’t let it go.

He’s attacked several amendments so far—all the ones that matter to the public.

He must be removed.

He’s no president.

I “knew” we were in trouble after the election, but I knew for sure on Day 1.

Trump took the presidential oath, then walked down the hall and signed away the 14th Amendment.

When challenged, a judge said it was “blatantly unconstitutional.”

Then he tried again. On Friday, a judge tossed it.
