Six blue, plastic recycling wheelie bins overflowing with weeks-worth of glass, containers and paper.

One of the overflowing #recycling alley bin sets on the north side of the 1200 block W Broadway, in #Vancouver Fairview. For 2nd or 3rd week a Waste Management collection truck driver has missed this alley block! WM collects under contract to RecycleBC, with contract expiring in May, I believe.
