The more NYT apologists try to minimize this the clearer it becomes that they don't understand why much of the public doesn't trust legacy media.

Tonight was a very bad night.

Prototypical centrist thinking. And the perfect example of why we ended up with an unchecked, authoritarian government. Fighting for no one and nothing and believing, even after 40 years of counter examples, that endless compromise will achieve something. No thank you. We are done with you.

Cull the Democratic Party. Systematically chip away all the weak, corporate centrists and corrupt, gutless elected officials who refuse to fight and instead suck at the teat of the oligarchy.

Enjoy your time in front of the cameras. You will never be reelected. Selling out your constituents is literally the opposite of what your constituents want, stooges. You’ll find out the hard way. Meanwhile, millions may suffer due to your stupidity.
