I just finished Doomsday Book by Connie Willis, an amazing dual timeline blend of science fiction and historical fiction. Also, the least cozy thing I have read in a long time. Willis pulls no punches about the worst aspects of life in the 14th century. 💙📚🪐 app.thestorygraph.com/books/3344f5...

At least we aren't the person who doesn't realize the importance of structure and/or how to recognize the difference between showing and telling when they see it.
