A federal judge ordered the Trump administration late Friday night to facilitate the return of a Guatemalan man who had been deported to Mexico, despite fearing persecution and having told U.S. authorities about the violence he had experienced there.

Tech, which has likely been developed on Palestinians, is now used against asylum seekers as part of Europe’s border enforcement regime.

Deeply concerned by over 50 credible reports from people on the move that their phones were forcibly removed and likely searched by the authorities upon arrival to Samos.

The police deny this reportedly routine operation. This raises very serious questions about its legality.
