How do you think he recovered from the attacks so well? He kept stealing other people's!
Congratulations, my pancreas has exploded with how sweet your work is.
You're awesome and I love it!
Careful, that's how you get the crew drug into useless VS debates. :P
...Although the mental image of one of the writers walking in to the Fan Discord, saying "Allastor has killed The Batman" and walking out is very amusing to me.
I appreciate the response!
And- yeah I think that's a very healthy and sensible philosophy. A good- well written character- should be available for anyone to play, not just for a specific actor.
No offense to the actors of course! Uncle Iroh lived past Mako, but we love Mako- as an example.
It's a good thing it was re-figured so early in production!
No Spider-Verse incidents here!
And when I say "needs to pivot", say- a casting falls through and a character needs to be written out, or some real life awfulness happens and something is in bad taste, etc etc?
I like knowing how the sausage is made. :P
Out of curiosity have there been any specific moments where something gets written, but the story NEEDS to pivot a specific way after it's locked in?
My compliments on Hazbin Season 2 so far by the by!
Sir Pentious remains my favorite character and I'm really loving what you're doing with his arc!
:P As long as rent prices are low I'll consider it~
28.10.2025 18:09 β π 1 π 0 π¬ 0 π 0Changing from the WSD port to the static IP address can be done through this guide. If you want a guide on how to set the Static IP address for the printer I can get a guide for your specific make of router. Please do not give me the model on a public forum [4]
www.top-password.com/blog/change-...
However, the IP address is only half of the equation here. Really the printer is connecting to other devices through a thing called a "WSD port". A WSD port should- in theory let all devices connect to the printer regardless of what it's IP address is.
It's bad, it does not work half the time. [3]
We can keep the address from changing by going into the settings of the home router, finding an area called "DHCP" and setting up static IP for the device that way.
Unfortunately, I can't give a precise guide on how to do that for every router because every router is different. [2]
THat's entirely fair. :P
So to explain this in a super super simple terms. All devices that can connect to other devices through a network connection have an IP address. Think of it like- a virtual street address telling other devices where that one lives.
However, these addresses change. [1]
"The fuck y'all gonna do ya pizza shit? Go back to Java? Get outta here."

Go write it, if it's written, go brag about it.
You don't need AI for that.
Give the printer a static IP address, and in windows make absolutely certain that the printer port is pointed to that IP address and not the WSD address.
Specifics are difficult to explain in 250 characters or less, so apologies for the jargon. :P
Holy shit I've never read anything more wrong in my life.

John Boyega already stated that he was out. And I REALLY can't blame him.
That being said, if he wanted to come back, fuckin' give him his story.
Basic tech checks-
Any software updates? Driver updates for the tablet, GRaphics Driver updates, etc etc?
Now hold on, there IS an acceptable skull tattoo to get.

Yeah, I suppose that's the tradeoff. When you have local storage your local IT staff is entirely responsible for it.
Although gonna be honest, I find something like that on a system I'm responsible for and the one who put it there is not gonna have hands to operate a computer anymore
Honestly I'm pretty sure some engineers would scream at me for the solution.
Have the option of having on-site backups. IE- "All Student/Teacher data is dumped onto a local file server on a nightly basis so-as to ensure we are never without it in the event of networking issues."
Sad part is that I could see a number of ways that we could overcome this specific problem from a design stand-point, but I'm not sure the LMSes would go for it.
20.10.2025 16:10 β π 1 π 0 π¬ 1 π 0Cloud services have their place, but if you want a more open and less homogenized internet? We need more personal/small-scale servers to host infrastructure.
That's one of the things that was wonderful about the old internet...there was that sense that anyone could have their own slice of the web.
Given everything that's happening-
Remember. Cloud compute is just fancy corpo speak for "somebody elses' computer"
AWS, Google, Microsoft Azure, all of it's just somebody elses' machine you're effectively renting...only you will never know where that machine is, or how well it's kept.
The more and more I work with locally run LLMs(Because I refuse to give any of the AI companies such as ChatGPT my money) the more and more I realize this technology is not meant for the general public.
It's got extremely specific use cases, and all of the mainstream ones are wrong.
