Ya I completely understand what you mean. You gave it a lot of thought for the design of STF to not conflict with the existing designs of USD. The dual-functionalaity design of have the raw mesh topology for 3D artists, and the pre-processed model for game engines, all inside a single file is genius

Glad to see more of this technical artistic game dev stuff. It's hard to stream mesh data, as FBX is often in binary format, I tried experimenting before with USD, but this looks promising. Basis and stuff like this is where we're headed into the future for VR (i hope). Keep it up!! 💯 😊

It features a much improved animation module, and the ability to import in Unity directly into a @basisvr.org avatar setup!

STF also got a barebones website to go along with it!
